Our Company
Hardiman-Williams, LLC is a full-service association management company specializing in improving the performance and efficiency of non-profit organizations. Principals Tom Hardiman, CAE, and Steven Williams, CAE, have over forty years of combined non-profit management experience, award-winning graphic designs, a history of profitable and successful events, as well as a track record of membership growth and development. Our offices are located in central Virginia, one hour west of Richmond, two hours south of Washington D.C., and a short distance to multiple state capitals.
Our Philosophy
“Kaizen” is a Japanese concept that refers to continuous improvement in order to maximize productivity, minimize mistakes, and eliminate waste. HW employs a similar philosophy to non-profit management, constantly reviewing and analyzing processes, results, and feedback to improve performance. Frequent and honest communication and relationships based on trust and integrity are critical components of this philosophy.
